Márylin Zuñiga is the founder of Andean Baby, an organization dedicated to supporting the reconnection journey for individuals of the Andean diaspora through children's books, interactive educational toys, and other resources. She identifies as Queer and Peruanx, with extensive experience spanning over 13 years working with grades K-12 in various educational settings including schools, youth leadership institutes, non-profits, after-school programs, juvenile detention centers, and parole programs. Márylin specializes in Elementary Education and curriculum design, emphasizing the importance of self-knowledge and teaching self-love from an early age. She holds a BA in Family & Child Studies and an MA in Curriculum & Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2019, Marylin was honored to receive the Teachers 4 Social Justice Award.
